I Am the Master of My Fate - I Am the Captain of My Soul
While life can be hard, to assume others will provide you with all the help or handouts you need is self-defeating. For one, by expecting the same, you may as well adopt a laidback approach and resign yourself to your fate. However, if you choose to overcome these issues, you can master your fate by asserting your "self".
